SUPREME COURT WEIGHS IN ON JOINT PHYSICAL CARE

The Supreme Court, in In Re: Marriage of Hansen, has weighed it with its thoughts on joint physical care.  The Supreme Court restated that joint physical care is not the presumption, as a matter of fact, it appears not to favor same.  Continuinty of care and the best interest of the children is key.  The Supreme Court appears to be reverting back to a "primary caregiver" analysis.  (October 12, 2007)
